Describe the process you need to run
Explain what the equipment must do, the material or workpiece it will process, target capacity and required output quality. For an integrated line, describe upstream and downstream operations, available floor space and the interfaces between machines.
Information to confirm before comparing equipment
- Operating voltage, frequency, utilities and site conditions.
- Capacity assumptions, changeover needs and compatible materials.
- Equipment layout, guarding and documentation requirements.
- Control interfaces, language requirements and spare-parts needs.
Agree an acceptance plan
Define the materials used in testing, required run conditions, output criteria and records needed for acceptance. Clarify whether tests occur at the supplier's factory, at the destination site or both. Inspection of a machine's appearance is different from demonstrating its performance under agreed operating conditions.
Separate supply from installation and support
The equipment proposal should state who handles installation, commissioning, operator training, travel, spare parts and warranty support. China Sourcing Crew coordinates sourcing and supplier communication; engineering sign-off, local approvals and specialist installation services must be separately confirmed.
Plan packing and transport early
Provide machine dimensions, lifting points and shipment restrictions to the freight partners. Confirm dismantling, export packing and unloading arrangements before the equipment is ready. The production-line image is illustrative and is not a claim that we own or manufacture the equipment.
