Information that makes a furniture quotation useful
- Overall dimensions and any tolerance or assembly requirements.
- Wood species, board construction, hardware and intended finish.

Review more than appearance
A finish sample can help align color and surface expectations. Assembly instructions, hardware fit and packaging protection also affect the delivered product. Where strength, stability or other performance testing is needed, agree the relevant requirements and testing provider before ordering.
Plan freight around the packaging
Furniture can occupy substantial volume even when its weight is modest. Compare assembled and knock-down packaging options using actual carton dimensions. Confirm protection for corners, finished surfaces and glass, where applicable, and agree how any damage claims will be documented.
